Paradyne Systems has designed a wide range of low to medium power four quadrant positioning systems. These precision servos use dc gear head motors of various configurations to meet customer requirements ranging from theater lighting shutters to engine throttle actuators in large test installations. Units have been built with linear and PWM drive amplifiers. Input power ranges of 24 to 120 volts have been designed to customer specifications. |

The unit shown is a high performance motor drive designed for a military application. It is capable of a wide speed range of 50 to 40,000 rpm with speed regulation better than .01 percent. This is a variation of the Delta Bus design. |

Many special motor control systems require a power supply unique to the application. This unit is the companion to the unit shown above. It is custom designed to provide automatic switching between 120/ 240 volt mains input. A computer controlled dc output is provided to the companion motor drive. |
